Barbara W Mwaipola, MD, MSc. is a Medical Doctor and an Occupational Health Specialist, holding a Master’s Degree in Occupational and Environmental Health from Monash University Australia.
She has vast experience managing Occupational health in work environments including the mining industry in Tanzania, with 5 years experience practicing Occupational health in both government owned and private institutions.
She is passionate about preventive health, and experienced in program design to prevent diseases and injuries at work and optimize worker performance. She strives to promptly and pro-actively identify hazards and risks to human health and safety in work environments and implementing controls to manage health risks.
