Dr. Fatma Waziri has a great experience in Community development , HIV and AIDS and its effects on Adolescents and Young women (AGYW), Girls Child education, Gender mainstreaming, Adolescents and reproductive health rights, capacity building and Social development in Tanzania. For more than 15 years, Dr. Fatm has been involved in community development issues, and public health in Tanzania . Her role among others was to conduct social assessments, trainings and organizational capacity building.
She is competent in conducting baseline, performance, monitoring and evaluation of programs, reporting, and documentation, facilitating workshops, community based dialogues, seminars and meetings on needs assessment/problem diagnosis at community, organization and various program. Furthermore, she has been consulted by various organizations to coordinate community-based activities, on youth carrier development, HIV/AIDS, AGYW, reproductive Health, Gender and social issues in the development projects.
She has valuable knowledge in Strategic Management, and cross- cultural communications.
Dr Fatma holds PhD in Management Science from Wuhan University PR. China (2014), she holds Master of Arts in Sociology University of Dar Es Salaam (2005) and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology University of Dar Es Salaam (2003)
